On Thursday, January 16, 2025, the Dikko Project, under the leadership of Musa Yusuf Gafai, paid a special visit to the Katsina Youth Craft Village, located at the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) camp along Mani Road in Katsina city.
During the visit, Dr. Musa Gafai, the leader of the Dikko Project, highlighted the purpose of the visit, stating, "We came here to seek collaboration and partnership with this vocational training institution. The efforts of this center in empowering youths by providing them with skills and capital to become self-reliant are commendable. The significant progress achieved under the leadership of Dr. Dikko Umar Radda aligns perfectly with our organization's mission to support and promote Governor Radda's developmental agenda."
In response, the principal coordinator of the institution, Engineer Kabir Abdullahi Kofar Soro, expressed his satisfaction with the visit and praised Dr. Musa Gafai's vision and dedication. He pledged the institution’s full cooperation and commitment to working closely with the Dikko Project for the betterment of Katsina State’s youth.
Engineer Kabir further described Dr. Musa Gafai as a remarkable figure in Katsina Local Government, whose contributions to Governor Radda's administration are invaluable. "I have known Musa for a long time, and his dedication is unmatched. He has been a staunch supporter of Governor Dikko Umar Radda, PhD. From this day forward, whatever he proposes for this institution will be implemented because his vision aligns with that of the governor. He would never suggest anything that could hinder our progress," he affirmed.
The visit, accompanied by councilors from Northern B, Southern, and two other wards within Katsina Local Government, as well as members of the Dikko Project team, was warmly received. The event underscored the project's readiness to undertake significant initiatives that will advance Governor Radda’s administration’s objectives for the state.
By fostering such partnerships, the Dikko Project demonstrates its unwavering commitment to youth development and economic empowerment in Katsina State.
